Birst, our downstream provider for ProntoForms Advanced Analytics has a maintenance window lasting 6 hours. During this time, users in the Birst application will have intermittent access to dashboards. Data updates will not occur during this window but will catch up the following day. Birst advises that no administrative changes are performed in their system during this maintenance window.
